FREEKING COMCAST !
I made an appointment to transfer service to the new apartment. They were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 12.
They turned up at the apartment at 9:15, couldn’t get in because it’s keyed entry so they phoned me on my home number.
That’s my home number. The home I’m not living at.
The number that I don’t use any more because I’m not living there.
The fscking number that wouldn’t be in service because I”M NOT THERE.
That would also the be the number that we have Comcast voicemail for. The voicemail service with a bug in the Comcast provisioning server so that once you tell them you’re transitioning, the system thinks you don’t have phone service which means you can’t use their FSCKING online service to listen to your voicemails.
The only way to listen to them is to hit *99 from your phone.
You know, the FSCKING phone that you don’t FSCKING have because you don’t FSCKING live there.
